Safarnaama Team has developed some Exclusive programs for Academic Staff and the Sr. Management of the School. These experiential learning programs that enableStaff to learn and experience the challenge in an unfamiliar situation. It helps to enhance behavioural skills and qualities of an individual, understanding student’s behaviour and handling students, teaching methodology, classroom management, handling situations, understanding roles and responsibilities, and bringing out latent facets of one’s teaching/personality life.

The Faculty OBT programs can be customized as per the institution requirement and duration can range between 1 - 3 days based on the activities and the choice of location.
