In a way he is the brain behind the creative campaigns. His love for adventure developed at a very early age when he constantly visited the foothills and the jungles with his family regularly. These trips just re-emphasised the bond that was developing over the years. He has been able to keep the love alive and link it with what we do. He is also the brain behind the ever-improving simulations that are developed to engage the participants.
Mahender is a resident of Uttarkashi, a hub of mountaineers in India. So, naturally he became a mountaineer at a very early age as he was surrounded by the mighty Himalayan mountains. He is qualified and has done all his certification from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM). He is a part of search and rescue team of NIM. An expert climber and high-altitude expeditioner, he is one of the most experienced outdoor specialists in Asia. His body of work experience is over 15 years led him to this high position in Safarnaama. We depend on him about the level of our all the safety providing personals. While working with TMR he found the need of training to civilians as important as for the forces, because his belief is that the training of rescue self and others is an infrastructural right of every single human in the world.
Mohan loves working with children and corporates on communication and team building activities, with experiencing this he has developed the capability to understand the requirement, customize and design key solutions as per the needs. Which turned him into a head of programs in the organisation.
