STRESS BURSTER CAPSULE

Thus, these corporate engagement programs have taken precedence these days and the sole focus or the agenda is keeping the employee happy and committed.

These modules are very simple in nature and work very well for employee engagement as well. The activities can include just a chilled-out environment or an action-packed day where they rejuvenate and replenish their energies.

OVERNIGHT ADVENTURE PROGRAM

In addition to the day adventure program, these programs are often extended for a single or a couple of nights as desired by the corporate. The agendas can vary from being a fully relaxed / adventurous trip. The extension is very clearly defined with the set agendas and simulated activities which require the participants to at least spend one night outside. Activities like Bivouac (spending the night outside without tents and other facilities), Night March, Paintball (war-scenario experience) etc. In certain scenarios it can be just experienced as a recreational activity for the people.

HIGH ALTITUDE TREKKING

We find three categories in every trek; (a) Easy, (b) Moderate and (c) Difficult as the level does not scale with the altitude or season by us, we simply differentiate with no. of days and the amenities. EASY LEVEL: The trek becomes easy when you have enough time and a comforting atmosphere. For example, less walking with international cuisines and lots of assistance to complete it with more than adequate rest before you start the next day hike.
MODERATE LEVEL: The way an average trekker can complete the trek is considered the moderate level. This is the level carried out by various trek agencies for all their clientele, Strong or weak / immature. All the suggested itineraries are worked at keeping the basic standards in place and is followed by everyone. There can be a variance in the way the itinerary is run, however, basics remain the same.
DIFFICULT LEVEL: Completing a trek in less than required number of days with essential resources makes any trek a difficult one. We at Safarnaama also offer the difficult level but as a “Trail Running” – people participating in this level are rarely concerned about the scenic beauty of the place. They are more about testing themselves in terms of their stamina and calibre on the trail and conquering it.
