An IT graduate, he joined NDTV Media which provided him a platform to further enhance his interpersonal skills. Acquiring an MBA degree in behavioural management from Nottingham University, UK opened a beautiful horizon in the arena of man and management. However, his childhood years in a disciplined Airforce environment which motivated him to try out every adventure game remained etched in his heart and mind. He dared to walk the path, which was his true calling to carve a niche for himself in the field of adventure related games and events to provide innumerable exposure to one and all. He has been instrumental in getting the digital content on the website and regularly maintaining and updating it with latest technologies.

Rajat has a very different head on his shoulders, unique and inclined to a research perspective. His vision and creativity were immensely appreciated in the Logo he has designed for us. In a way he is the brain behind the creative campaigns. His love for adventure developed at a very early age when he constantly visited the foothills and the jungles with his family regularly. These trips just re-emphasised the bond that was developing over the years. He has been able to keep the love alive and link it with what we do. He is also the brain behind the ever-improving simulations that are developed to engage the participants.

Mohan loves working with children and corporates on communication and team building activities, with experiencing this he has developed the capability to understand the requirement, customize and design key solutions as per the needs. Which turned him into a head of programs in the organisation. Whether it is a school program or corporate event, Mohan with his smiling face, loves to hear to analyse the facts and feasibility of the arrangements, so then the event or program comes out as a great success. His ability to collaborate with the team and positive attitude makes him popular with everyone. An ardent aviation enthusiast he loves to fly simulators and aims to acquire his flying licence soon.

Mahender is a resident of Uttarkashi, a hub of mountaineers in India. So, naturally he became a mountaineer at a very early age as he was surrounded by the mighty Himalayan mountains. He is qualified and has done all his certification from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM). He is a part of search and rescue team of NIM. An expert climber and high-altitude expeditioner, he is one of the most experienced outdoor specialists in Asia. His body of work experience is over 15 years led him to this high position in Safarnaama. We depend on him about the level of our all the safety providing personals. While working with TMR he found the need of training to civilians as important as for the forces, because his belief is that the training of rescue self and others is an infrastructural right of every single human in the world.

He is as naturalist able to Identify the bird species, habitats & behaviours, do bird conservation, eco-friendly practices, tracking, identifying, and observe various mammal species to understand the wildlife habitats and ecosystems. He is a man with resilience and adaptability in challenging environments with strong observation and analytical skills to reach the untamed in wilderness. He always secured his place in any expedition with his excellent physical fitness, stamina, effective communication, and teamwork skills. Eveready for hiking, camping, and climbing in various mountain ranges, navigation, and emergency response brought him to Safarnaama, where he finds himself in doing something he can do forever. With domestic lampblack (soot) and a crumpled newspaper used as a nib, shri Parashar creates intricate imagery of his preferred muse: the tiger.
